Abstract

Art, culture, and communication form the triadic foundation of human civilization, shaping collective identities, fostering intercultural dialogue, and influencing socio-political realities across the globe. In the contemporary globalized era, these three domains are undergoing rapid transformation due to the convergence of digital technologies, cross-border cultural exchange, and evolving forms of artistic expression. This paper explores the interplay between art, culture, and communication from an interdisciplinary perspective, emphasizing both the universal and context-specific dynamics that influence creative production, cultural interpretation, and message dissemination. It examines historical trajectories, from traditional storytelling and visual arts to modern digital media, and considers the impact of globalization, migration, and transnational networks on cultural narratives. The research highlights challenges such as cultural homogenization, intellectual property rights in the digital era, and the commodification of art, while also discussing opportunities for fostering inclusivity, preserving cultural heritage, and amplifying marginalized voices. Ultimately, this study argues that a balanced approach—rooted in respect for diversity, ethical media practices, and intercultural competence—can enhance the role of art, culture, and communication in promoting global understanding and peace.
